4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and content developed by Dropup Private Limited remain our property until full payment is received.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagaon, Assam.
